At Namely Niche, all items are made to order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed. However, if your order has not been processed, we can attempt to stop it and issue a refund. If an item arrives defective, we will replace it.

Condition
Items must be defective or orders not processed to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Proof of Purchase
All orders are digital and can be confirmed by email receipt. We do not offer refunds.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping. If the item is defective, arrangements can be made.
